really trying to get the painting down on this sketch. didnt bother to ink it and just color over the pencils. it looks too messy i think. but the action is there.. i def have to work on coloring a lot more.
Been doing some character design for a book i hope to put together one day. Just a random sketch of things i think about, not sure about the look just yet, but i saw this in my head and had to mark it up to see what it would look like. gonna have to flesh it out soon.
How could i resist not drawing a turboman comic cover? Def my favorite Holiday movie of all time. I drew this to get myself in the Christmas spirit and its my first attempt at drawing a somewhat believable building lol. I will always have some space in my little deviant heart for This guy! Cheers!
Playing around with a sketch i did at lunch the other day. tried some photoshop water coloring effects. the shadow is always down for some good old fashioned pulp justice!!!
So now that im going to be taking sketch classes, i decided it would be a good idea to restart my blogging expeience as i start drawing more and more. so look for more updates to come.
this is a quick halloween mini comic i drew for Sat. hope its good.
well i finally opened up and dissected my spykee robot. I have to say, im not to happy with the robot, battery is dull and the self park is not exactly as advertised. Although im still toying with the idea of taking it back to Toyrus, i opened it up to see what sort of mods i could do. this robot is easily modified through the LED system and you can remove those fake "fiber optic" cables and just put your own kind of leds. i even added a volume vu led meter that gets its power off of the spykee's speakers. check out the video to see it work. I think theres more hacks for this robot i am going to do, but for now i just wanted to see what it realy looked like underneath its little cheap plastic exterior. dont mind me dirty socks, such is life! ..... :-)
well i finally did it. I love the old live action Tick series that ran for only 9 episodes. I have wanted to make a figure of the TV character but never had any time. Luckily i got started this month and finally pulled it off! I am pretty pleased with how it came out and thought i would share it here. Hopefully whoever liked the Patrick Warburton series will like it represented in this statue. spoonnnnnnn
